We have exciting learning and development opportunities for highly talented college students, (Interns) to start as soon as possible:
a) Administration (x1)
Main Learning and Development Activities/Areas
To timely process administration clerical work as assigned by supervisors.
To be interface with internal customer for timely delivery of services requested
Timely processing of opex, purchase requisitions and payment requests
Timely dispatch of branches’ requests
Timely submission of monthly reports
Proper filling of all administration documents
Educational Qualifications
Studying towards BCom Purchasing and Supply or equivalent from a recognised institution.
Required Skills
Must be an effective communicator (written and oral)
Must have analytical skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and internet applications
Willing to learn
Customer focus and orientation
Accurate, organised and motivated
b) Human Resources (x1)
Main Learning and Development Activities/Areas
The Human Resources Intern will learn the practical application of:
Human Capital Planning
Steps in the recruiting and hiring process, including: posting job openings, reviewing resumes, conducting interviews, making job offers and negotiating starting salaries.
The importance of employment law and compliance, especially regarding employment eligibility, confidentiality, proper maintenance of employee files, and forms management.
The interrelationship of HR and Finance in the areas of new employee paperwork, payroll issues related to on boarding and termination, use of a payroll management database and report generation.

Learning and Development Management
Employee Wellness (Welfare, Health and Safety)
General Industrial relations
Emerging Contemporary HR issues
Educational Qualifications
Studying towards an HR Degree/Qualification OR a Social Science Degree plus an HR qualification or equivalent

Ability to prioritize tasks and handle numerous assignments simultaneously
Excellent people and public relations skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and internet applications
Must be an effective communicator (written and oral)
Must have analytical skills
Willing to learn
